Flexible Site-Wide Storage
The Challenge
A Goldfields mine site needed water storage across multiple activities — mining, civil works, construction, and dust suppression — with requirements that shifted as the operation developed. They needed a solution that could adapt and move with the site rather than fixed infrastructure.
The Solution
Titan installed 3 x 500,000 litre bladder tanks, each fitted with remote unmanned auto-level monitoring systems. As mine operations progressed and water requirements moved around the site, the bladders were relocated to suit — one dedicated to civil works, one to dust suppression, and one supporting construction and the concrete batching plant.
The Outcome
1,500,000 litres of storage that moved with the operation, with remote monitoring removing the need for manual level checks. The flexibility to relocate tanks as needs changed avoided the cost and waste of building fixed infrastructure for a constantly evolving site.
